Normally, additives (SO2, gum arabic, metatartaric acid, fining agents) are put into the tank, with the risk of compromising the uniformity of their dissolution in the wine. Our systems work continuously in-line, controlling the dosage uniformly during bottling. The constancy, reliability and high frequency of our pumps ensure unequalled precision, with uniform results guaranteed for each bottle.
