C 20 RINSER STERILIZER

Our company, which has been working for several decades in the oenological sector, has manufactured a fully innovating automatic rinser mod. C 20; it is the result of research and advanced technologies, even mainteining a very simple manufacturing conception. The C 20 can face the manifold problems being still unsolved by all the rinsers existing on the market; it is actually the only one being able to perform 4 different operations in an only work cycle, namely:

PLIERS
The C 20 rinser has been devised to operate without the help of feeding groups, excluding this way the need of combining adapters according to the bottle size.
Besides, a special patent system of the pliers allows a perfect fixing on any type of bottle without using pads every time.

INJECTOR
The C 20 injector enters the neck of the bottle 3 cm to obtain a perfect washing and blowing-in. Positioned like this, it facilitates the drainage of the washing liquid emptying perfectly without deforming the jet from the injector which is essential to obtain a correct rinsing.

MACHINE CLEANING
As a result of the C20 new working technology a serious and important problem has been solved: the rinser final cleaning. The C 20 has been actually realized with an only injector for the twenty pliers; it is feeded by one steam sterilizable stainless steel channel. The traditional machines are equipped with an injector for each plier and with the corresponding feed and drain flexible pipes which, besides the complexity of the cleaning operations, present the defect of the growth of mould and bacteria inside them, creating many contaminating points which can be sterilized with difficulty.

DRAINING
Thanks to our innovating C 20 rinser, a very long draining time is obtained by comparison with the rinsers operating with the same hourly production. The draining water is conveyed to the outlet pipe by means of an open air stainless steel channel. Its cleaning operations, as the ones of the whole machine, manufactured with proper materials, are simple and fast (10 minutes).
